At Medical Breakthrough we believe that the massage chairs should adjust to your specific needs, so we spent an enormous amount of time and resources to develop the most extreme customization system in existence. Instead of having only 3 intensity levels for a massage, Breakthrough 8 allows you to adjust between 5 levels. If you like a lighter massage you can start with 1 and move your way up to 5. You can also choose between 5 different speeds for your massage as well. Furthermore, you can also customize the width between the massage hands, and choose from three positions (wide, medium and narrow). 2. How many boxes does it come in and is it easy to install?

This chair comes in 2 large boxes. There is easy to follow instructions so you can easily install there chair. If you get stuck at any time you can call us at (818)452-2390 and we will have one of our technicians help you get it installed.

3. How heavy is this chair?

This chair is one of the heaviest chairs ever built. It is 404 pounds. It is so heavy because we use top of the line commercial grade material to build the chair so it last a long time. There are wheels at the bottom of the chair if you want to move it around your room.

4. Do I need a special outlet to use this massage chair?

No, you do not need a 220 outlet. This massage chair is made to be in anyone's home and will work perfectly on a 110 outlet.

5. Can I leave the massage chair plugged in all the time or will it wear the chair down?
